Greek Olive, Anchovy and Red Florina Pepper Bruschetta

  1. Mix the garlic together with the olive paste and mint leaves.
  2. Toast the bread.
  3. Spread the paste onto each slice,place one anchovy one pepper strip on top.
  4. Serve.
