No-Bake Mimosa Cheesecake

  1. Mix wafer crumbs, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Beat Neufchatel and remaining sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  4. Add dry gelatin mix; mix well.
  5. Stir in COOL WHIP and oranges; spread over crust.
  6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
