Salmon & Chrysanthemum Radish Hors D'oeuvres

  1. Prepare the chrysanthemum radishes (see.
  2. Quarter the sliced cheese.
  3. Cut the salmon into 6-7 mm thick, 3 x 4 cm rectangular pieces.
  4. Sizes can be an approximate.
  5. Season Step 3 with salt and pepper, and dredge in flour.
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon until crispy.
  7. Once Step 5 is fried, top each piece with cheese, cover the pan with a lid, and let sit until the cheese melts.
  8. Transfer to a plate and top with the chrysanthemum radishes, then they're complete.
