Breakfast Burritos

  1. Seal tortillas in aluminum foil and place in oven at 170F.
  2. This will keep your tortillas soft and warm until ready for use.
  3. Combine chorizo with ground beef/sausage in large skillet- cook until beef or sausage is browned.
  4. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
  5. Beat eggs with milk and scramble.
  6. Spoon meat combination and eggs into tortillas.
  7. Top with cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
