Blue Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Remove stems from mushrooms and set caps aside; discard stems or save for another use.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, blue cheese, onions, garlic and 1/4 cup bacon bits.
  3. Stuff into mushroom caps, a scant tablespoonful in each.
  4. Place in a greased 15-in.
  5. x 10-in.
  6. x 1-in.
  7. baking pan.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining bacon bits.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 18-22 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
