Cheesy Country Spam Puff

• 6 slices white bread, cut into small pieces
• 1 14 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
• 12 teaspoon garlic powder
• 12 teaspoon paprika
• 1 (12 ounce) can Spam, cubed
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
• 12 cup onion, chopped
• 12 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, mustard, garlic powder and paprika.
3. Beat at medium speed with mixer 1 minute.
4. Stir in Spam, 1 cup Cheddar cheese and onion.
5. Pour into greased 12 x 8 inch baking dish.
6. Bake 25 minutes.
7. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese.
8. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
9. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
