Sweet and Spicy Bacon Chicken Sandwiches

  1. Heat grill to medium high.
  2. Pound chicken to create thin cutlets about 1/4" thick.
  3. Season with garlic salt and black pepper and grill until cooked through (4-6 minutes).
  4. Place a slice of Havarti cheese on top of each cutlet during the last minute of grilling to melt.
  5. Spread bun or toast with mayonnaise and pepper jelly.
  6. Fill with chicken, bacon and arugula.
