Francis's Chili Cream Dip

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 4 ounces green chilies
• 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
• red onion, chopped to taste
• mayonnaise, to taste
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce (optional)

1. Whip cream cheese till smooth, add chilis and mix well.
2. Stir in cheese, onion to taste and mayonaise.
3. Let this sit overnight then serve with cracker, chips or veggies.
