Romaine and Fennel Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette

  1. Whisk vinegar, lemon juice and oregano in small bowl to blend.
  2. Whisk in oil.
  3. Season dressing with salt and pepper.
  4. Combine lettuce, fennel and half of Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
  5. Toss with dressing.
  6. Garnish with remaining Parmesan cheese and serve.
