Apple Pie with Raisin and Pecan
- 2 each pie shell (9 inch)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 each apples peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup raisins, seedless
- 1/2 cup pecans chopped
- Mix cinnamon-sugar mixture with sliced apples.
- Mix apples with a combination of brown sugar and honey.
- Add raisins and pecans.
- Pile into pastry-lined pie pan, dot with butter and cover with slitted top crust.
- Bake 425 degrees Ffor about 50 minutes.
