Tropical Ambrosia
- 1 gal. Hot water (140 degrees F to 160F)
- 1 pkg. JELL-O Brand Assorted Citrus Sugar Free Gelatin
- 2 qt. Fresh orange sections, drained
- 2 qt. Canned crushed pineapple, drained
- 3 cups flaked coconut, toasted
- 2 Tbsp. orange zest
- 3 cups sugar-free whipped topping
- Add hot water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
- Add all remaining ingredients except whipped topping; mix well.
- Pour into 48 (4-oz.)
- dessert cups (or into 16 dessert cups for trial recipe).
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Top each dessert with 1 Tbsp.
- whipped topping just before serving.
