Cheesy Popovers

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.
  3. In food processor, add flour, milk, salt, eggs, & butter.
  4. Cover & process for 2 1/2 minutes continuously.
  5. Add cheese & pulse 2 times to mix.
  6. Pour into prepared cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake about 45 to 50 minutes or until golden.
  8. Serve immediately.
