Swedish Apple Pie

  1. Cream butter and sugar adding eggs one at a time and beating after each addition.
  2. Add honey to sweet milk.
  3. Add salt, baking powder and spices to sifted flour and sift again.
  4. Dust fruit and nuts with a little of the flour mixture.
  5. Mix liquid and dry ingredients alternately to the egg mixture.
  6. Beat until light and fluffy.
  7. Fold in fruit and nuts.
  8. Pour into greased tube or loaf pan.
  9. Bake in slow oven at 325u0b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick is clean after testing.
  10. Frost as desired.
