Teriyaki Salmon Foil Packet

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of the marinade over salmon in resealable plastic bag.
  2. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat salmon with marinade.
  3. Refrigerate 30 min.
  4. to marinate.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place 1 salmon fillet on center of each of four 18x12-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil.
  8. Combine remaining 1/4 cup marinade, the rice, water and vegetables; spoon evenly over salmon.
  9. Bring up foil sides.
  10. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  11. Grill 15 min.
  12. or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  13. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening each packet.
