Vegetable Pizza (Appetizer) Recipe
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 1 (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2-7 teaspoon minced onion to taste
- Assorted minced fresh vegetables
- Any combination: broccoli, cauliflower, olives, tomatoes, carrots, celery.
- Roll dough out in 11x15 inch baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 min.
- Cold.
- Combine cream cheese, lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, dry dressing and onion; spread on top of cooled dough and top with fresh vegetables.
