Veal In Wine Sauce Recipe
- 6 veal chops
- 1 bag fresh spinach
- 1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 box Carrot-Spinach Rotini
- Pasta
- In large frying pan, saute/fry veal in butter.
- Add in cleaned, sliced mushrooms.
- When mushrooms and veal are lightly browned, add in 2 c. chicken bouillon and 1 c. white wine.
- Simmer till tender.
- In the last 5 min, add in cleaned fresh spinach.
- Serve over pasta.
