Yule Pepermint Fudge

  1. Place the chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Warm up in the microwave until chocolate begins to soften (Don't microwave it too long or your chocolate will burn!
  3. ).
  4. Once melted, stir together until well blended.
  5. Add the condensed milk and mix well.
  6. Add drops of peppermint extract.
  7. Line an 8x8 pan with aluminum foil and lightly butter the foil.
  8. Spread mixture evenly into the pan.
  9. Refrigerate until cool (usually takes about an hour).
  10. Once the fudge has hardened, remove from pan and cut into squares.
