Stelline tomato mushroom bean stew (minestrone?)
- 1 can diced tomato
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 can Cream of mushroom
- 4 can water
- 1 can Tomato sauce
- 1 can Beans blend
- 6 oz stelline
- 4 Mushroom
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup Green beans
- 1 tbsp Chicken or beef broth powder
- 1 tsp Salt or Johnny's seasoning
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 Red potatoes
- 1 tbsp Pepper my husband loves pepper
- 2 tbsp Olive oil aka EVOO
- 1 Shaved parmesan blend
- Combined tomatoes cream of mushroom EVOO and water in a pot bring to a boil
- Finely diced potatoes in add to the pot
- Sauteed mushrooms and garlic then add bean blend to cook for 3 minutes stirring occasionally
- After everything is in the saute pan put the stelline in the pot for 3 minutes
- Then add everything to the pot including the seasoning mix well cook for another 10 minutes on low
- Then add everything to the pot including the seasoning mix well cook for another 10 minutes on low
- Serve and garnish with the Parmesan
