5-Minute Cheesy Crunch

  1. Melt margarine in large skillet over low heat.
  2. Stir in salt.
  3. Add Chex.
  4. Stir until all pieces are coated.
  5. Continue to heat and stir for 5-6 minutes or until Chex are lightly toasted.
  6. Sprinkle on cheese; stir to coat all pieces.
  7. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
  8. Microwave Directions: Melt margarine in large bowl on High 50-60 seconds.
  9. Stir in salt.
  10. Add Chex; stir to coat all pieces.
  11. Microwave High 2 1/2 - 3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
  12. Sprinkle on cheese; stir to coat evenly.
  13. Spread on absorbent paper to cool.
