Ozzel'S Jambalaya

  1. Saute onions, peppers and sausage until onions are transparent. Add parsley, thyme, oregano and Cajun seasoning; stir.
  2. Add broth, tomatoes, ham and chicken.
  3. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Add tomato soup or juice and bring to a boil.
  5. Add rice and remove from burner and cover.
  6. Let stand for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with salad and bread.
