Rhubarb Dessert

  1. Cook rhubarb and sugar over medium high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, let cook until rhubarb is tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Whisk in jell-o, completely dissolve.
  4. Let stand until cool.
  5. Fold in whipped topping.
  6. Spread over prepared graham cracker crust.
  7. Refrigerate to set.
