Biscuit Beef Bake
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can pork and beans
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 12 cup corn
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can biscuit dough
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in tomatoes, pork and beans, tomato sauce, corn, chili powder, salt and pepper (do not add biscuits until baking).
- Place in freezer bag.
- Label and freeze.
- To serve: thaw.
- Place in greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 400 for 30 minutes.
- Cut each biscuit in 4 pieces.
- Arrange on top of hot mixture.
- Return to oven and bake 15 minutes longer.
