Slow-Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup with Bacon

  1. PLACE chicken broth, potatoes, celery, onion and pepper into slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for approximately 6 hours until vegetables are tender.
  3. ADD bacon to the slow cooker.
  4. COMBINE cream, VELVEETA cubes, cheese and yogurt in a saucepan on the stove.
  5. Cook over low to medium heat until hot.
  6. POUR cheese mixture into slow cooker, stirring constantly.
  7. COMBINE cornstarch and cold water in a separate bowl, mixing well.
  8. Slowly add to slow cooker.
  9. Cook 30 more minutes are serve.
