Noodles & Chicken

  1. Boil 3/4 of a medium sized pot of water
  2. Then add in noodles and salt
  3. Allow to boil until soft and edible
  4. Strain noodles and leave it
  5. Heat another pot on a low heat with some oil and add sugar to be caramelized
  6. Ensure seasoned chicken is cut into bite size pieces and add chopped peppers, onion & garlic to it.
  7. Then add 2 dashes of soy sauce
  8. When sugar begins to get sticky, add chicken into pot and stir.
  9. Cover the pot and allow to cook for approximately 15-20mins
  10. Add tin of peas and carrots to chicken, as well as the chopped chive and red pepper.
  11. Allow this new addition to cook for 5 mins
  12. Then add in the noodles and stir.
  13. Use chinese seasoning powder or cooking margarine to flavour
  14. Enjoy!
