Sirloin Tips Recipe

  1. Brown cubed meat in oil.
  2. Stir in wine and seasonings.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. Blend cornstarch and water.
  6. Stir into meat mix.
  7. Stir constantly till thickened.
  8. Season to taste.
  9. Serve over rice or possibly noodles.
