Quick Carrot Nut Spread
- 1 cup carrots scrubbed, slivered
- 23 cups peanut butter chunky
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 3/4 cups bananas ripe, peeled, sliced
- 1/2 cup currants dried
- 1 x salt to taste
- 1 x black pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in blender, adding about a quarter of the ingredients at a time.
- Total calories per serving: 127 Fat: 7 grams
