Easy Bruschetta

  1. Slide bread into 1/2-inch think slices.
  2. Slice mozzarella into bite-size pieces.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on bread.
  4. Sprinkle with a pinch of basil, oregano and salt and pepper.
  5. Place cheese on bread and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle a bit more olive oil over and sprinkle with more basil and oregano.
  7. Or serve with a fresh basil leaf on top.
