Easy Bruschetta
- 1 loaf French Bread
- 6 slices Fresh Mozzarella
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 can (14.5 Oz. Can) Diced Basil Tomatoes
- Basil, To Taste
- Oregano, to taste
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 6 sprigs Fresh Basil Leaves (optional)
- Slide bread into 1/2-inch think slices.
- Slice mozzarella into bite-size pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil on bread.
- Sprinkle with a pinch of basil, oregano and salt and pepper.
- Place cheese on bread and sprinkle with chopped tomatoes.
- Drizzle a bit more olive oil over and sprinkle with more basil and oregano.
- Or serve with a fresh basil leaf on top.
