A Southern Lady's Potato Salad

  1. Cook potatoes until tender but still kind of firm.
  2. after you drain put back into hot pan for a second to steam away extra moisture.
  3. add all extra ingriedients and chill for at least an hour.
  4. You can find the recipe for Big mac sauce on my page, I use it instead of 1000 Island.

red potatoes, dill pickle, celery, cucumber, yellow mustard, ground cumin, almonds
