Bruschetta
- 1 bunch capella tomatoes chopped
- 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
- 3 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 onion finely chopped
- 15 slice fresh mozzarella
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread
- 1 olive oil
- 1 Italian seasoning
- 1 Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena
- Chop your favorite tomatoes, cilantro
- Add minced garlic
- Chop onion
- Salt to taste
- Mix together in bowl set aside
- Slice bread brush olive oil over tops & Sprinkle with Italian seasoning toast in oven at 350 until slightly toasted or longer if you like real crispy last few minutes add mozzarella until melted
- Top with tomatoe mix
- Option drizzle with Italian glaze with balsamic vinegar of modena
