Low Carb Bread
- 100 ml Flax Seed Flour
- 100 ml Sunflower Seeds
- 250 ml Almond Flour
- 100 ml Psyillium
- 10 ml Baking Powder
- 5 ml Salt
- 1 pinch Xylotol/Sugar
- 250 ml Full Fat Yoghurt
- 5 Whole Eggs
- 1 Grated Corguette
- 1 Chopped Olives
- 1 Finely Chopped Onions
- Pulse / blend dry ingredients together (A food processor will help ensure a consistent mix)
- Mix together wet ingredients.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Pack into buttered / lined baking tin
- Bake at 180 for 50 minutes
