Avocado Relish

  1. broiled chicken or fish.
  2. Makes 4 servings, about 1/2 cup each In small bowl, combine avocado and lime juice; set aside.
  3. In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients, mix well; carefully fold into avocado mixture.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, stir well.
  6. A nice addition to broiled chicken or fish.
  7. Each serving is about 1/2 cup.
