Peach Refrigerator Cookies Recipe

• 3/4 c. butter
• 1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk
• 1 c. minced, dry peaches
• 2 1/2 c. flour
• 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 c. minced nuts

1. Cream butter, sugar and egg.
2. Sift together dry ingredients and add in to first mix alternately with lowfat milk.
3. Add in nuts and peaches.
4. Mix well.
5. Shape into two rolls, wrap in waxed paper and place in freezer till ready to bake.
6. Slice thin and bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 min.
7. Yields: 5 dozen cookies.
