Fiesta-Style Shepherd's Pie

• 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
• 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
• 1 Tbsp. fajita seasoning
• 2 cups frozen corn
• 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
• 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
• 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
• 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
• 1 green onion, sliced

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Microwave, then mash potatoes as directed on package.
3. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat; drain.
4. Return meat to skillet.
5. Stir in fajita seasoning; cook and stir 1 min.
6. Add corn and gravy, cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
7. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
8. Stir garlic into potatoes; spoon over meat mixture.
9. Top with cheese.
10. Bake 20 to 25 min.
11. or until heated through.
12. Top with tomatoes and onions.
