Fiesta-Style Shepherd's Pie
- 1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
- 1 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. fajita seasoning
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 jar (12 oz.) HEINZ HomeStyle Savory Beef Gravy
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 small tomato, seeded, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Microwave, then mash potatoes as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat; drain.
- Return meat to skillet.
- Stir in fajita seasoning; cook and stir 1 min.
- Add corn and gravy, cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Stir garlic into potatoes; spoon over meat mixture.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until heated through.
- Top with tomatoes and onions.
