Tangy Chicken Florentine Sandwich

• 1 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
• 2 slices multi-grain bread, toasted
• 2 oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast
• 3 roasted red pepper strips (2x1-inch)
• 1/2 cup loosely packed fresh spinach

1. Spread dressing onto 1 toast slice.
2. Top with chicken, peppers and spinach.
3. Cover with remaining toast slice.
