Tuna Potato Chip Casserole Recipe
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (7 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed & coarsely flaked
- 1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
- 1 c. cooked green peas, liquid removed
- Empty soup into a small casserole dish.
- Add in lowfat milk and mix thoroughly.
- Add in tuna, one c. potato chips and peas to soup.
- Stir well.
- Sprinkle top with remaining potato chips.
- Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 20 min.
