Berry And Ginger Sour Cream Brulee Recipe

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a small gratin or possibly other shallow flame-proof baking dish arrange fruit in 1 layer.
  3. In a small bowl stir together lowfat sour cream, ginger, and vanilla and drop in dollops on top of fruit, spreading to cover fruit completely.
  4. Rub brown sugar through a sieve proportionately over topping.
  5. Broil about 3-inches from heat for 2 min, or possibly till brown sugar is melted.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. This recipe yields 6 servings.
