Cuban Sandwich
- 25 rolls French bread rolls (8 inch), split
- 1 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 50 slices Roasted pork loin, sliced King Sooper's 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 50 slices Whole dill pickles, cut lengthwise in half
- 100 slices OSCAR MAYER Ham Bulk Water Added, sliced
- 50 slices Sliced Swiss cheese, cut in half
- For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 roll with 2 tsp.
- of the combined mustard and garlic.
- Place 2 pork slices, 2 pickle slices, 4 ham slices and 2 cheese slices on bottom half of roll; cover with top half of roll.
- Heat grill.
- Add sandwich; cook until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, covering the sandwich with an inverted pan if necessary during grilling to allow for quicker heating.
- Serve immediately.
