Cuban Sandwich

  1. For each serving: Spread cut sides of 1 roll with 2 tsp.
  2. of the combined mustard and garlic.
  3. Place 2 pork slices, 2 pickle slices, 4 ham slices and 2 cheese slices on bottom half of roll; cover with top half of roll.
  4. Heat grill.
  5. Add sandwich; cook until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, covering the sandwich with an inverted pan if necessary during grilling to allow for quicker heating.
  6. Serve immediately.
