Zesty Rice With Chorizo

  1. Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage, onion and garlic and cook until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in rice, broth and salsa.
  4. Heat to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
  7. Stir in peas and cook, covered , 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
  8. Stir in cilantro.
