The Perfect Dry Rub
- 4 tbsp garlic powder
- 4 tbsp Cajun seasoning (Tony Chachere's)
- 2 tbsp sage
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Add more or less depending on taste and amount of meat you are dry rubbing.
- I typically use this recipe when I'm smoking my ribs and chicken, but it can be used for just about anything.
