Sesame Ginger Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Place chicken wings in large non-aluminum bowl.
  2. Blend soy sauce, ginger, garlic, freshly grnd pepper and pepper flakes in blender or possibly processor till ginger and garlic are chopped.
  3. Pour over chicken and mix well.
  4. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 2 hrs and chill overnight, stirring chicken occasionally.
  5. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  6. Butter large baking dish.
  7. Stir egg into chicken marinade.
  8. Combine bread crumbs/sesame seeds in another bowl.
  9. Dredge chicken in bread crumb mix.
  10. Place in prepared dish.
  11. Drizzle with melted butter.
