Simple Creme Brulee
- 1 pkg. (6-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Cooked Pudding and Pie Filling
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, cubed
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's White Chocolate, broken into pieces
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- Whisk pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan until blended.
- Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Gradually add cream cheese, then chocolate, cooking and stirring after each addition until completely melted.
- Pour into shallow 1-L baking dish.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely cooled.
- (Pudding mixture thickens as it cools.)
- Heat broiler.
- Sprinkle sugar evenly over dessert.
- Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
