Simple Creme Brulee

  1. Whisk pudding mix and milk in medium saucepan until blended.
  2. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Gradually add cream cheese, then chocolate, cooking and stirring after each addition until completely melted.
  4. Pour into shallow 1-L baking dish.
  5. Refrigerate 2 hours or until completely cooled.
  6. (Pudding mixture thickens as it cools.)
  7. Heat broiler.
  8. Sprinkle sugar evenly over dessert.
  9. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min.
  10. or until sugar is melted.
