Teriyaki Chicken Wings with Marmalade
- 500 grams Chicken wing mid-section
- 120 ml Soy sauce
- 120 ml Marmalade
- Cook chicken wings on a frying pan until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and marmalade in a bowl.
- Then pour over chicken wings.
- Reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes, simmering over medium heat.
- Simmer until sauce becomes thicken and shiny!
