Very Veggie Spaghetti Bolognaise

  1. Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan.
  2. Saute onion until transparent
  3. Add the garlic and saute briefly until just coloured.
  4. Add the mince and brown, breaking up regularly.
  5. Pour the tomatoes, soup, sauce and paste into the pan, and stir.
  6. Add the vegetables and stir well.
  7. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes
  8. Transfer mixture to the slow cooker to simmer for about 6 hours.
  9. Stir in the herbs 10 minutes before serving.
  10. Serve with pasta and cheese.
