Hot Bacon Swiss Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Hollow out a round sourdough loaf, reserving the bread you remove.
  3. Cut additional bread into chunks.
  4. Mix together cream cheese and mayo.
  5. Stir in bacon, cheese, and onion.
  6. Fill hollow loaf with dip.
  7. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
  8. Serve with bread for dipping.
