Hot Bacon Swiss Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 3 ounces, weight REAL Bacon Pieces (Or 12-15 Slices Cooked, Crumbled Bacon)
- 2 cups Swiss Cheese, Shredded
- 1 bunch Green Onions, Sliced
- 1 loaf Sourdough Round
- Additional Sourdough Bread, For Dipping
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Hollow out a round sourdough loaf, reserving the bread you remove.
- Cut additional bread into chunks.
- Mix together cream cheese and mayo.
- Stir in bacon, cheese, and onion.
- Fill hollow loaf with dip.
- Bake until hot and bubbly, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with bread for dipping.
