Pizza Casserole
- 6 oz. fettucine
- 1 pkg. (3-1/2 oz.) sliced pepperoni
- 1 jar (15-1/2) pizza sauce
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced olives
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- Boil fettucine; drain.
- Return to pan; halve pepperoni and add to pasta.
- Stir in pizza sauce, 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, olives and Parmesan cheese.
- Transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese; heat to bubbly in 400F oven.
