Honey Diablo

• 14 cup creamed honey
• 12 hot chili pepper (fresh or dried)
• mild cheddar cheese, cut into cracker sized squares

1. Stir finely chopped pepper (and seeds) into a soft creamed honey (gently warm, if necessary, to soften).
2. Spread on cheese slices and serve on crackers.
