Turnip Soup Recipe

• 2 c. chicken broth
• 2 (10 ounce.) Packages greens with turnips
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 2 cans white hominy
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

1. Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
2. Top each serving with cheese.
