Broiled Blue Marlin With Marsala Cream Sauce Recipe
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup Diced red onions
- 1/4 cup Diced green onions
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Fish base, (optional)
- 1/2 cup Molasses
- 1/2 cup Salad oil
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 4 pcs Blue Marlin steaks, (4-6 ounce. each)
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Salad oil
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Combine all ingredients and reduce mix by half.
- Sauce should coat the back of a spoon.
- Marinate fish for 1/2 hour, drain to remove excess marinade and broil fish over medium heat.
- Cook till fish starts to flake, approximately 15 min.
- Optional fish which may be used: swordfish, tuna, blacktip shark or possibly any steak type fish
