Broiled Blue Marlin With Marsala Cream Sauce Recipe

  1. Combine all ingredients and reduce mix by half.
  2. Sauce should coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Marinate fish for 1/2 hour, drain to remove excess marinade and broil fish over medium heat.
  4. Cook till fish starts to flake, approximately 15 min.
  5. Optional fish which may be used: swordfish, tuna, blacktip shark or possibly any steak type fish
