Bills Super Fresh Summer Salad
- 2 tomatoes, medium size
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion, vadalia medium size
- 1 sweet pepper, large
- 12 summer squash
- 12 cup white grapes, seedless
- 2 tablespoons vinegar, balsamic
- 13 cup olive oil, estra virgin
- 2 tablespoons mint, torn and fresh
- 14 cup basil, fresh and torn
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons salt, to taste
- pepper
- Cut tomatoes and cucumber in bite size morsels.
- Corsely chop onion, squash and pepper.
- Cut grapes in half.
- Tear mint and basil.
- Mix together everything then add oil and balsamic.
- Put in a glass container mix again add cheese and mix again.
- Refrigerate an hour or more and serve.
