Mushrooms Et cetera
- 2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1 cup whole black olives pitted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted chestnut
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp fenugreek
- 1 tsp whole cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 green sping onion
- 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- Heat oil in a pan
- Chop onions, olives, chestnuts, add to pan stir well add mushrooms and then chickpeas
- Add spices
- Add tomatoes and sugar add cheese stir in well cheese will thicken the liquids a bit
- Let cookthill fenugreek is tender it will be done garnish with green onion hope you enjoy
